Description
The Judicial Council through its Court Operations and Services Division, Center for Families, Children & the Courts (CFCC) supports programs in court settings that improve practice and services for children, youth, parents, families and other court users. CFCC is responsible for administering trainings to juvenile court stakeholders including judges, attorneys, Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers, social workers, and probation officers. Judicial Council attorneys are often faculty for these trainings. The Judicial Council seeks the services of one or more person or entity, to develop and deliver different training modules to juvenile court stakeholders. This training request meets the Judicial Council’s grant requirements under its permanency title IV-E grant funded through the California Department of Social Services.
