Notice of Intent to Award July 21
The Judicial Council of California, Conference Services Unit seeks proposals from hotels for two room blocks in Sacramento regarding the 2021 Judicial Council Business Meetings. This is a Multiple Awards Solicitation. There will be between one and two contracts.
It is not necessary to bid on both sets of dates to be considered.
Questions can be directed to conferenceqanda@jud.ca.gov until end of business day Thursday, September 10, 2020. Questions and answers received will be posted on Friday, September 11, 2020.
Proposals must be received by END OF BUSINESS DAY, Tuesday, September 22, 2020.

Email Proposals: Must include the RFP # (CRS PD 341) and the name of the program (Judicial Council Business Meetings) in the subject line of the email message.
