Response to Proposer's Questions
The Judicial Council seeks to identify and retain a single qualified workplace safety firm (“Consultant”) with the technical expertise to provide all labor, tools, materials, and skills necessary to develop, implement, and maintain a coordinated and comprehensive statewide safety program for a variety of trades and work environments. This RFP is the means for prospective Consultants to submit their Technical and Cost proposals to the Judicial Council for consideration.
Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by Close of Business, Tuesday, December 18th, 2018.
Proposals must be received by no later than 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Friday, January 18th, 2019 by 3:00 p.m. (PST)
Hard copies of proposals must be delivered to:
