Response to Questions
The Judicial Council is seeking the services of qualified prospective firms (“Proposer(s)”) with experience in title and escrow related services. Proposers will be required to provide title, escrow and related services to assist the Judicial Council in evaluating, acquiring and disposing of Judicial Council properties statewide. Proposers should submit their proposals to the Judicial Council in order to receive consideration under the Request for Proposals (“RFP”). It is anticipated that agreements will be issued to multiple Proposers under this RFP.
