The Judicial Council is seeking qualified prospective firms (“Proposer(s)”) that have experience in providing answering services for urgent or emergency facility related calls made afterhours to the Judicial Council’s Customer Support Center (“JCC CSC”). Proposers should submit their proposals to the Judicial Council in order to receive consideration under the Request for Proposals (“RFP”). It is anticipated that an agreement will be issued to a single Proposer under this RFP.
