Judicial Council seeks proposals from firms to provide the services of qualified, properly licensed consultants with expertise in all phases of design, bidding support, and construction administration of public buildings. It is anticipated that selected firms will provide design for the repair, upgrade or new installation for mechanical and plumbing systems.
