Description

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking firms to provide bids for Dell hardware as detailed in invitation to bid # IFB-ISD-050214-RB. Equipment (95 machines) will be inside delivery and shipped to multiple court locations in California as specified in invitation to bid # IFB-ISD-050214-RB.

NOTE: Winning vendor agrees to honor the IFB-ISD-050214-RB winning bid pricing (for additional unspecified equipment quantities) until June 30th, 2014. This is based on the Ca. courts year end funding resources to purchase additional equipment.

NOTE: Questions regarding this IFB should be directed to Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by Wednesday, May 7th, 2014, at 12:00 noon PDT.

Proposals must be received by Monday, May 19th, 2014 no later than 3:00pm PDT
