The Office of Court Construction and Management is pleased to announce that the following Contractors have been selected to enter into Agreements with the AOC for provision of Job Contracting Construction Services to the California Courts.

Selected Contractors will be contacted by e-mail and provided with contract drafts and instructions for their execution in the near future. There is no need to contact the AOC or the Courts regarding this matter.

The AOC wishes to extend its thanks and those of the California Courts' to all who participated in this RFP.

Job Order Contracting Agreement - Preliminary Posting:

A preliminary version, subject to revision by the AOC, of the legal agreement that will be applicable to contracts awarded under this RFP, can be found below. It is the intention of the AOC to revise this agreement and repost following the posting of written questions and answers to this website, currently scheduled for November 16.

The Administrative Office of the Courts, Office of Court Construction and Management seeks to identify and select licensed Contractors to provide construction services for facility repair, alteration, and minor new construction projects in 14 different Zones to be established throughout the state of California. The modality of the contracting method will be via the Job Order Contracting concept. Job Order Contracting is a proven procurement technique that enables facility owners to accomplish a large number of small to medium-sized projects via individual contracts based on Proposals that are competitively evaluated and awarded. JOC Contracting utilizes a set of customized, pre-priced construction tasks as its basis for describing the work and setting pricing.

A series of mandatory pre-proposal meetings will be held at various locations throughout the state. Please see the notice immediately below the Project Schedule for the meeting times and places. Attendance at a meeting in any location will suffice to meet the requirement for meeting attendance. No pre-registration is required to attend the meetings.
