RFP Title: ID/IQ Technical Assistance for Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Program

The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office seeks the technical assistance of energy efficiency and sustainability consultants with expertise in all phases of sustainability professional services related to public buildings.
The Judicial Council anticipates multiple Consultants will be selected to enter into Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“ID/IQ”) contracts with the Judicial Council for the consulting services they propose upon under this Request for Proposals solicitation.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via video conference using Microsoft Teams on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 3:00 PM PST, Thursday, March 23, 2023.
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM PST, Thursday, April 20, 2023.
