Description

The Judicial Council seeks proposals from firms to provide the services of qualified, properly licensed consultants with expertise in all phases of construction management services of public buildings.

A single consultant will be selected to enter into contract with the Judicial Council for the construction management services.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on
Monday, October 28, 2024 at 10:00 AM, Pacific Time.

Friday, November 04, 2024, by 3:00 PM, Pacific Time.

Proposals must be received no later than
Monday, November 21, 2024, by 3:00PM, Pacific Time.

The Judicial Council will only accept Proposals in an electronic format. Consultants must submit their Proposals with all required contents in two parts: the Consultant’s Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) and the Consultant’s Cost Proposal (“Cost Proposal”). SOQ and Cost Proposal files must be emailed no more than three (3) days in advance of the proposal due date to the following email addresses:
