Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain written proposals for the services of a Contractor for the AV/Video Systems Development and Integration Department. The services to be performed include audio-visual equipment maintenance and repair services for portable and integrated systems and equipment, replacement equipment and parts, simple installation services, basic staff training and consulting, preventative maintenance site visits and reporting services, remote telephonic support services, coordinate the use of loaner equipment, as applicable, and standard and emergency assistance maintenance and repair at three locations: San Francisco, Sacramento and Burbank and the Contractor’s service locations. This RFP is the means for prospective service providers to submit their qualifications and request selection as a service provider.

Proposals must be received by February 6, 2013, no later than 3:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
