The Judicial Council of California seeks to identify qualified firms, entities, or individuals (“Proposer”) with the technical expertise to provide all labor, tools, materials and skills necessary for building measurement services including, but not limited to, the following:

• Measure the total interior square footage and develop floor plans for up to one hundred and seventy one (171) courthouse facilities located within four (4) regions of California.

The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract with selected Proposer(s) for described services. One contractor will be selected for each of the four (4) regions listed. Contractors may be selected for one or more regions.

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Court via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by Close of Business, March 10th, 2017

Proposals must be received by no later than 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on April 3rd, 2017
Hard copies of proposals must be delivered to:
