Update to Bidders: Bidders should to meet at the bottom of the steps at the front entrance of the San Francisco Hall of Justice, 850 Bryant Street, between 8:30-9:00 to prepare for the site walkthrough at the specified time of 9:00 AM on Friday, February 21. Each participant should bring a company ID.


The AOC seeks the services of a qualified firm with specialized expertise in vertical transportation renovation/modernization to provide all labor and materials required for alteration and rehabilitation of four (4) elevators in the San Francisco Hall of Justice building.

Written submittals must be received no later than 2 P.M., PDT on Wednesday, March 19, 2014.

Questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted to capitalprogramsolicitations@jud.ca.gov by no later than 2 P.M., PST on Friday, February 28, 2014.
