RFP Number: CFCC 10-09-LM

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure a contract(s) to provide the services of a consultant to: (1) collect, analyze and report on quantitative and qualitative data to be gathered from selected trial courts on the workload of the family court, in order to produce estimates of the resources needed to implement recommendations to improve to the family law system, and (2) to collect data to pilot test the measures used in the family law reports to be produced by the California Courts Case Management System.

Questions should be directed to solicitations@jud.ca.gov by May 12, 2009, at close of business.

Proposals must be received by May 18, 2009, at the close of business.
