Request for Proposals for ID/IQ Construction Inspection Services

RFP Number: OCCM-2011-14-BR

The Administrative Office of the Courts, Office of Court Construction and Management, seeks qualified firms to provide construction inspection services for various phases of repair or construction of courthouses and public buildings. Service Providers will provide services for new capital projects and other court facility projects. It is anticipated that selected firms will review, inspect and document existing conditions, architectural or engineering documents, construction schedules, materials and assemblies according to applicable codes, regulations and standards. Requests for clarifications or modifications must be submitted to occm_solicitations@jud.ca.gov by no later than 2 P.M. on Thursday, August 25, 2011.

Written submittals must be received no later than 2 P.M. on Wednesday, September 7, 2011.
