Description

The Administrative Office of the Courts, Office of Court Construction and Management seeks to identify and select an experienced Consultant to provide an independent oversight analysis and other consulting services regarding OCCM's Capital Construction Program.

Notice of Intent to Award
On behalf of the Court Facilities Working Group, the Administrative Office of the Courts is pleased to announce that Pegasus-Global Holdings Inc. has been selected as the service provider of choice for this project.

The selection was based on a solicitation process that began in November 2011. The Court Facilities Working Group reviewed the submitted proposals and participated in oral discussions with all proposers. The selected company demonstrated the expertise and experience necessary to provide the required services.

The AOC on behalf of the CFWG and the California Courts wishes to thank all the firms who participated in this process. We understand the level of effort required to prepare the proposal documents and appreciate the proposers' efforts in seeking this contract.”

As part of the interview, all interviewees should come prepared to provide an answer to the following question:

QUESTION: The Office of Court Construction and Management (OCCM) is a centralized public sector organization charged with the implementation of a large construction program. OCCM operates under a set of project management policies and procedures and has clearly defined California Trial Court Facilities Standards. Please identify specific examples of the highest value findings that your organization has developed or has identified for organizations similar to the OCCM.

Instructions:

  1. The consultants’ principal staff (the individuals that will actually be engaged to perform the work) must attend. Submit a list of the names of your staff to confirm attendance on or before January 2, 2012. Please submit all names in a single e-mail directed to OCCM_Solicitations@jud.ca.gov
  2. The consultant will be asked to provide a 5 minute introduction of its firm and answer a question (the text of which is still being developed by the Evaluation Committee). The question will be posted to this website in the near future.
  3. The remainder of the 1 hour time slot will be used to answer the questions from the Evaluation Committee."
