This RFP is to identify a qualified industrial, environmental hygiene Contractor to oversee the Judicial Council’s statewide Asbestos Work Permit and Management Process and provide consultative support, review and recommendations on hazardous materials and environmental issues that may arise in Judicial Council owned and/or managed buildings, and a range of services for existing and new court facilities, statewide.
The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract with a selected Proposer for the described services. One contractor may be selected for this project.
Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Court via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by Close of Business, November 16th, 2017
Proposals must be received by no later than 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on December 7th, 2017
