RFI #OERS-2011-SS
This Request for Information (RFI) is identify online privacy protection service options that would assist the AOC and the judicial branch in removing personal information from online databases. Few companies were in this business when we began our own privacy protection program. In recent months, resources may have surfaced that can accomplish what we desire most—a way to remove the personal information of judicial officers from the internet with a hassle-free process that allows for monitoring.

This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. A response to this RFI is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the AOC to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.

The Judicial Council, as a public entity, prohibits direct contact with any Council personnel during the solicitation process in order to maintain fairness and equality to all proposers. Proposers are specifically directed NOT to contact any judicial branch entity personnel or consultants for meetings, conferences, or discussions that are related to the solicitation at any time between release of the solicitation and any award and execution of a contract. Unauthorized contact with any judicial branch entity personnel or consultants may be cause for rejection of the Proposer’s proposal.
