Description
The Judicial Council of California, Administrative Office of the Courts, Conference Services Unit seeks proposals from hotels for meeting space and sleeping rooms, October 16-18, 2013 or October 21-23, 2013 or October 28-30, 2013 in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Sacramento, San Francisco, SFO (SFO, Burlingame, Millbrae, San Mateo) Santa Clara or San Jose, California.
This is a new process for sourcing hotels and meeting locations and for this program we will be conducting a Pre Proposal Conference Call to answer any questions regarding this specific RFP and the new process. Please call into the number provided below in order to ask your questions in a public conference call. It is strongly recommended that you use this opportunity to ask for clarification on the process, as it is completely new.
Proposals must be received by END OF BUSINESS DAY Pacific Time, Thursday, February 28, 2013.
