RFQ/P No.: OCCM-2011-01-BR
The AOC seeks to retain the services of a qualified Construction Manager with expertise in all phases of preconstruction and construction of public buildings. The AOC is soliciting Qualifications and Proposals for furnishing Preconstruction Services and Construction Management Services with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMAX) for the Project, as described in this RFQ/P.
The selected Contractor will apply their expertise to all aspects of the Project in collaboration with other project participants to produce a court facility that provides significant value to the state judicial system. Selection will be made on the basis of a combination of qualifications and price.
Written proposals must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 17, 2011.
Requests for clarifications or modifications must be submitted to occm_solicitations@jud.ca.gov by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 10, 2011.
