Description

The Judicial Council of California, Administrative Office of the Courts, Conference Services Unit seeks proposals from hotels for a full service conference in Sacramento, Anaheim or Los Angeles.

In case this process is unfamiliar to all of you, we are holding a Pre Proposal Conference Call on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 2:30 pm. The details for the call, including phone numbers are on the RFP. We believe it is in your best interest to review the RFP and Attachments before this call and make every effort to call in and ask any questions you may have.

Questions can be directed to conferencesolicitations@jud.ca.gov until end of business day April 11, 2014. Questions and answers received will be posted on April 14, 2014.

Proposals must be received by END OF BUSINESS DAY, Friday, April 18, 2014.
