RFP No.: OCCM-2011-09-CC
The AOC seeks the services of one or more qualified title insurance or escrow firms with expertise in various phases of the Title, Escrow, and Related Services. The AOC is soliciting proposals from firms to evaluate and/or convey existing or prospective court properties to the state.
The selected firm(s) will apply their expertise to all aspects of the subject properties located in various counties throughout the state of California. Selection will be made on the basis of a combination of qualifications and price.
The AOC intends to award a contract to selected firms with a Notice of Intent in a timely manner following the selection process.
Requests for clarifications or modifications must be submitted to occm_solicitations@jud.ca.gov by no later than 5:00 P.M., Friday May 6, 2011.
Written proposals must be received no later than 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 26, 2011.
