Update: 3-16-2012 – Short List Announcement

The Office of Court Construction and Management (OCCM) of the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) seeks the services of qualified consultants with expertise in determination of relocation assistance benefits and the provision of relocation advisory services to persons and businesses displaced from properties to be acquired by the AOC. The properties include residential, commercial, and government occupied properties located throughout California. The AOC may select more than one consultant to provide services.

Requests for clarifications or modifications must be submitted to OCCM_Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by no later than 5 P.M. on Friday, December 30, 2011.

Written proposals must be received no later than 2 P.M. on Wednesday, January 18, 2012.
