Description

The Administrative Office of the Courts seeks to form a team of attorneys currently licensed to practice law in California and with experience in family law and child support to assist in the case file review for the quadrennial Review of Statewide Uniform Child Support Guideline. Approximately 1,085 court files will be sampled on-site in nine (9) study counties throughout the state as determined by the Center for Policy Research, the research consultant for the study. A case file review form must be completed for each Title IV-D and non-Title IV-D child support case reviewed. All case file reviewers will be required to participate in a data collection training via teleconference to ensure compliance with the sampling and other procedures prior to the case file review.

Proposals must be received by February 18, 2010, end of business.
