Description

The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information about the types of services that are currently being provided by private Electronic Filing Service Providers (EFSPs) and to determine an appropriate statewide baseline for the functional, technical, and service level requirements for an electronic filing services either through a private EFSP, a branch-owned portal, or a model that includes both solutions. The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is requesting that providers present information on their firm’s services as well as alternative solutions for reaching the goal of statewide uniformity in electronic filing services for all filer communities.

A response to this RFI is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the AOC to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
