RFP Number: OCCM-2009-04-JMG

The Office of Court Construction and Management is seeking Proposals from qualified Service Providers for scanning and reprographic services. These services will include scanning of large scale architectural documents, copying, binding, wrapping, with service throughout the state along with pickup and delivery services. The term of the awarded contract will be for one year with an option exercisable by the State for an extension of an additional year. Bidders will submit fixed pricing that will apply throughout both years. This RFP establishes a general scope of work and description of services that should form the basis of each bidder’s Proposal. The state will select a single successful bidder on the basis of the submitted Proposals. The Legal Agreement posted with this RFP will form the basis of the contractual relationship with the state. Update (January 12, 2010) - Vendor Selection
The Office of Court Construction and Management has completed its review of the Proposals received and is pleased to announce that Ford Graphics has, pending the signing of agreement, been selected as the OCCM vendor to provide the services.

The Administrative Office of the Courts wishes to thank all organizations that participated in this endeavor and provided proposals to OCCM.
