In order to ensure geographic coverage of the entire State, as specified in the RFP, the Judicial Council will award contracts to the top three ranked organizations. Awarded organizations can expect that contracts will be e-mailed to them April 7 or shortly thereafter.

The Judicial Council of California’s Real Estate and Facilities Management office seeks to identify and retain two or more qualified firms to provide title, escrow and related services required to evaluate and/or convey properties to the Judicial Branch or to sell or otherwise dispose of State equity in existing Judicial Branch properties throughout California. This RFP is the means for title firms to submit their qualifications and pricing Proposals to the Judicial Council for consideration, along with detailed descriptions of services provided.
