The Office of Court Construction and Management of the Administrative Office of the Courts is pleased to announce that it has selected Telax Voice Solutions, Inc. as the provider of choice for the Hosted Call Center Services.

OCCM and the AOC wish to thank all who participated in this process for their efforts on behalf of the California Courts.

Update (March 3, 2010)
The AOC is modifying the published RFP and now requires a demonstration of your service. Please call the individual identified in the revised RFP Schedule, below, to set up a demonstration time.
