Description
The Judicial Council seeks the services of qualified general contractors with experience in performing construction services related to plumbing ("Contractor(s)") with expertise in all phases of construction as required to perform a variety of facility modification projects and other construction projects in court facilities. Contractor(s) that are selected will enter into an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity ("ID/IQ") Contract ("Contract") with the Judicial Council for plumbing services for facility modifications projects. The Judicial Council anticipates Contracts will be issued to multiple Contractors under this RFQ.
Facilities Services is responsible for maintaining and operating court facilities to ensure uninterrupted and equal access to justice for all Californians. There are over 250 facilities with approximately 10 million square feet of space fully maintained by JCC and over 150 facilities with approximately 2 million square feet where the JCC has some level of plumbing maintenance responsibility.
Questions regarding the RFQ should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council of California via CapitalProgramSolicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than Thursday, October 31, 2019 at 2 PM Pacific Time.
