The Judicial Council of California plans and constructs new facilities and demolishes old structures and it also maintains numerous existing Judicial Branch facilities throughout California for the California Supreme Court, California Appellate Courts, and Superior Courts of California, and the Judicial Council.

Environmental Compliance and Sustainability (EC&S) staff of the Judicial Council of California’s Office of Real Estate and Facilities Management are issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify several qualified environmental consultants to provide CEQA-related services for existing or proposed Judicial Branch facilities.
