The AOC seeks to retain the services of a qualified Construction Manager (CM) with expertise in all phases of preconstruction and construction of public buildings as described herein, for the Project as described in article 3, Project Description of the RFQ/P attached below. Subject to the conditions prescribed by the AOC and provided herein, the AOC is hereby soliciting Qualifications and Proposals for furnishing renovation, Preconstruction Services and Construction Management at Risk Services with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMAX) for the Project, as described in this RFQ/P. Selection will be made on the basis of a combination of qualifications and price. The AOC intends to award the CM at Risk contract and issue a Notice To Proceed in a timely manner following the selection process.

Written proposals must be received no later than 2 P.M. on Tuesday, October 29, 2013.

Requests for clarifications or modifications must be submitted to CapitalProgramsSolicitations@jud.ca.gov by no later than 5 P.M. on Thursday, October 17, 2013.
