The Judicial Council of California (“Judicial Council”) seeks proposals from qualified vendors with expertise in providing cloud based disaster recovery services as described in this RFP to the State of California judicial branch which includes the Judicial Council, the Supreme Court of California, the Courts of Appeal, the Habeas Corpus Resource Center and the 58 Superior Courts of California (collectively referred to as “Judicial Branch Entities,” or “JBEs”). The JBEs will be under no obligation to participate in any resulting master agreement(s).

Reponses to this RFP will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria and methodology outlined in the RFP, including Attachment 1 (Administrative Rules Governing RFPs).

Questions regarding this RFP must be directed to TCSolicitation@jud.ca.gov and must be received by 3:00 p.m. (PST) on March 2, 2018

Proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m. (PDT) on March 30, 2018
