Intent to Award


Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), on behalf of the Judicial Council of California, is seeking firms to provide bids for the purchase of Cisco SMARTnet support for firewall appliances as detailed in the Invitation for Bid # IFB-SAIC-JCC-005.

SAIC seeks to renew all products in Cisco SMARTnet Contracts 91522300 and 91574780 for 12 months through May 31, 2020.

SAIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the items in the bid, to award the contract in whole or in part and/or negotiate any or all items with individual Bidders if it is deemed in SAIC’s best interest. A notice of intent to award does not constitute a contract, and confers no right of contract on any Bidder.

NOTE: Questions regarding this IFB should be directed to ray.e.elliott@saic.com and dawn.d.hardwick@saic.com by Friday, April 12, 2019 no later than 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time).

Proposals must be received by Friday, April 26, 2019 no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time).
