The AOC seeks the services of a consultant or consultants to implement, administer, and assess the exams used for the certification and registration of California state court interpreters, including (1) Project A: the provision of oral proficiency screening exams, (2) Project B: the administration of certification and registration examinations, and/or (3) Project C the analysis of the Consortium for State Court Interpreter Certification exams. Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing, as specified in the RFP, to the AOC no later than 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), October 14, 2008. The AOC estimates that answers to questions submitted by the deadline should be posted by Wednesday, October 22, 2008. Written proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), November 5, 2008.
