RFP Number: OCCM-2010-27-RO

The Administrative Office of the Courts, Office of Court Construction and Management, seeks a qualified firm to provide Construction Inspection Services during the design and construction phases for a new courthouse for the Superior Court of California in San Bernardino County. The new courthouse will be located in the City of San Bernardino. Firms which are short-listed may be exclusively solicited by the AOC for construction inspection services on other projects for a period not to exceed three years from the date of the short list posting.

Requests for clarifications or modifications must be submitted to occm_solicitations@jud.ca.gov by no later than 2 P.M. on Friday, September 17, 2010.

Written submittals must be received no later than 2 P.M. on Thursday, September 30, 2010.
