Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain written proposals to replace obsolete and broken audiovisual (“AV”) equipment and systems in the Supreme Courtroom and the Judicial Council Boardroom at the Judicial Council of California and Supreme Court of California, located in the Ronald M. George Civic Center Complex at 350 McAllister Street in San Francisco, CA 94102. The systems to be replaced include those used to provide audio and video signals for the press and general public; the current equipment and systems must be replaced to enable provision of signals consistent with current industry standards. The courtroom requires a modified design and replacement of systems and equipment required for local sound reinforcement, assistive listening, audio teleconferencing, audio archiving and video acquisition and distribution to areas within the building complex, including camera replacement. The Judicial Council Boardroom requires replacement of equipment and systems including those that provide audio reinforcement and processing, video display, assistive listening, and video acquisition and distribution to areas within the building complex, including camera replacement. The new systems and equipment must be integrated with existing AV and control systems.
A mandatory pre-proposal walkthrough of the Judicial Council Boardroom and Supreme Courtroom on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 1:00 Pacific Time. The AOC will reject a proposal from any proposer who did not attend this walkthrough.
